EMRS Gidhibas is a CBSE Affiliated English Medium School running under National Education Society for Tribal Students, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Govt of India. Its vision is catalyzing socio-economic development of the most underprivileged groups in India i.e. Scheduled Tribes (STs) in a coordinated and planned manner by imparting Quality Education & using it as an effective instrument for their holistic empowerment.
We, all stakeholders of EMRS Gidhibas, are trying our best to realize this vision. As a School Leader my role is to work collaboratively with all stakeholders to consciously shift towards making learning a part of the school’s culture and ethos. There is seperate hostels for boys and girls with adequate bathrooms and toilets. TV and indoor games are available in hostels.
This school has large playground for various outdoor games. Basketball, volleyball, badminton and kho-kho playgrounds are for both boys and girls.
School has generator backup system. Generator connections are also given to boys and girls hostels.
In every EMRS there are exclusive teacher for art and music. Co-curricular and extra-curricular activities are also given equal importance.
Towering trees, their leaves in varying shades of green, create a natural frame for the scenery, while birds soar overhead, their songs echoing through the air. Love and affection between teachers and students the campus like a big home.
